Eucalyptus Pure Australian Eucalyptus Honey is derived from the Eucalyptus tree blossom. It does not crystallize easily and is considered of high nutritional value. Eucalyptus Honey is generally extra light to light amber in colour and is clean and characteristically Eucalyptus and mild in flavour.
